The importance of Chess.

I honestly think everyone should be playing chess because it teaches accountability and develops reasoning skills for everyday life.

My Dad bought me a chessboard when I turned 7. I stopped playing in 8th grade after getting third place at a tournament and receiving a 1400 Elo when I was 14. A 1400 Elo means you're usually the best player in your High School.

That was the last time I played since I picked it up again on December 2021.
