Taking a look at Real Estate, this will be the least affordable Real Estate Market in Decades.

Interest rates are high again, the unemployment rate is rising, Real Estate has appreciated outpacing inflation, but more importantly: Salaries are not keeping up with inflation.

A recession is expected around the corner, the market will look better when the market starts balancing out for non-cash buyers.
